🥭 Description:
Kachha Aam, also called Raw Mango, is the unripe form of mango.
During winter (sardiyon wala aam), the fruit is small, firm, and green in color.
The flesh is pale yellow-white, crisp, and very sour in taste.
It has a strong tangy aroma and is used extensively in Indian pickles and chutneys.
